Payment and refund terms

Version of 2 October 2026

1. Provider and contract

Services are provided by Aysylu Yanturina Darles (Ays Darles) as a private practice in Switzerland. Address: Garand-Montfleury 12, 1290 Versoix, Switzerland. Contact: Telegram @aysdarles_bot, email a.yanturina@gmail.com.

The contract is concluded at the moment of payment. By paying, the customer confirms having read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy. Services are for adults (18+).

2. Services and prices

  • Leela online, self-guided game on this website, 30 days of access: €35.
  • Review of your self-guided game with Ays: €50.
  • Leela Immersion, online group, 10 days: €130.
  • Group Leela, up to 5 participants: €180, with a €50 deposit on booking and the remaining €130 paid on the day.
  • Individual Leela, with a breathwork practice at the beginning and the end: €255.

3. Currency and payment

Prices are in euros. You can pay:

  • in euros, through Stripe (bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal);
  • in Swiss francs, at €1 = CHF 1 (TWINT or bank transfer, arranged via the Telegram bot).

Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page; this website never receives or stores them. A receipt is sent to the email address given at checkout. Any currency conversion fees charged by the customer's bank are paid by the customer.

4. Self-guided online game

Access to the game opens immediately after payment and lasts 30 days. By clicking the payment button, the customer agrees to immediate access; once the game is open, the payment is non-refundable.

If the game is unavailable because of a technical problem, access will be restored or the payment refunded.

5. Games with Ays: rescheduling and cancellation

  • Payment (for group Leela, the deposit) secures your place.
  • Participation can be moved once to another date, or to another Immersion group, keeping the payment, if Ays is notified at least 24 hours before the game or the start of the group.
  • With later notice, or if the participant does not attend, the payment is neither refunded nor carried over: the time was reserved and could not be offered to anyone else.
  • If Ays cancels a game, the customer chooses between a new date and a full refund.
  • If an online game is interrupted by a technical problem on Ays's side, the missing time is moved to another day.

6. Refunds

Refund requests for games with Ays and for game reviews are considered individually. To request one, please write on Telegram: @aysdarles_bot. An approved refund is made by the same method as the original payment, within 10 working days. Bank and payment provider fees for the refund may be deducted.

7. Taking part

Leela is a tool for self-reflection. It is not medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care and does not replace it. Please come to the game with a clear head, not under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances. You can stop or pause at any moment.

8. Breathwork

Breathwork practices are offered on their own and are also part of individual Leela (at the beginning and the end of the game).

  • Active breathing is not suitable for people with heart or circulatory conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, mental illness or an acute mental state. If any of this applies to you, or you are under a psychiatrist's care or take medication that affects your mental state, please tell Ays in advance: the practice will be gentle or replaced by another one.
  • During the practice you may feel tingling, warmth, slight dizziness or strong emotions. You can slow down or stop at any moment.
  • The customer decides to take part on their own responsibility. Ays is not liable for consequences arising from contraindications that were not disclosed in advance.

9. Confidentiality and liability

Everything the customer shares during the game and in messages stays between them and Ays. For details about data, see the privacy policy.

Ays's liability under the contract is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, as provided by Swiss law. This does not limit any rights the customer has under the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country.

These terms may be updated. Changes do not affect services already paid for.
