Privacy policy

Version of 2 October 2026

This page explains what data aysdarles.com and the Telegram bot @aysdarles_bot collect, why, where it is stored and how to delete it.

1. Who is responsible for the data

Aysylu Yanturina Darles (Ays Darles), private practice, Garand-Montfleury 12, 1290 Versoix, Switzerland. For any question about your data, please write on Telegram to @aysdarles_bot or email a.yanturina@gmail.com.

2. What stays with you only

Your question for the game, your answers on each square and your path across the board are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to any server. They are deleted when you clear your browser data.

The only exception is when you press "Send to Ays" and confirm your consent. Your question, path and answers are then delivered to Ays on Telegram. Until delivery they are kept on the server for no longer than 3 days, and they are deleted as soon as they are delivered.

3. What data is collected and why

  • When you pay: your email address, the amount, currency, date and payment number, and, if you choose to give them on the payment page, your Telegram or phone number. Why: to open access to the game, send your receipt, contact you to arrange a date and keep accounts.
  • In the Telegram bot: your Telegram ID, name and username, where you came from (the link tag), your square-of-the-day subscription, which bot sections you opened, the messages you write to Ays and your moves in Leela Immersion. Why: to send the square of the day, reply to your messages and run Immersion.
  • Website statistics: a random browser number (not linked to your name or email), the steps you reached (visited, rolled the dice, paid, etc.), the date and the source tag of your visit. Why: to see where visitors stop and improve the website.
  • IP address: used only to limit free audio listening per day, and deleted the next day.

The website uses no advertising pixels or third-party analytics and collects no health data.

4. Legal basis

Contract, for payments and games. Your consent, for the bot subscription and for sending your game to Ays. Legitimate interest, for anonymous website statistics. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies, and the GDPR also applies for visitors from the EU.

5. Who else receives data

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with services that make the website work:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and database;
  • Stripe (including PayPal) and lava.top: payment processing; only they receive card details;
  • Telegram: the bot and messages;
  • Zoom: online games;
  • Google Fonts: the website's fonts (your browser loads them from Google's servers).

Some of these services may process data outside Switzerland and the EU.

6. How long data is kept

  • Payment records: as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Bot data: while you use the bot, or less if you ask for deletion.
  • Website statistics: no longer than 12 months.

7. Your rights

You can find out what data about you is stored, get a copy, correct it, withdraw your consent and ask for it to be deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it. Send your request on Telegram to @aysdarles_bot; you will get a reply within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from the square of the day in the bot itself, or stop the bot in Telegram. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the supervisory authority in your country.

8. Cookies and browser storage

The website sets no advertising cookies. Your game progress and a random browser number for statistics are kept in your browser's storage (localStorage). You can delete them by clearing your browser data.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
