I'm Ays
I worked in the UN system for 13 years, running projects in 12 developing countries, from Haiti to Kenya and Uzbekistan. Then I left the most secure job there is, and my husband and I moved to Brazil with no contract and no plan.
In that uncertainty I felt a calling, and in 2021 I went to train as a Leela guide without ever having played the game. Today I live in Geneva, guide Leela and breathwork, and train new Leela guides. I combine two things that rarely go together: the cool head of a project manager and work with the body.
I believe everyone already knows their own answers; they're just buried under other people's expectations. When I guide a game, I bring all of myself to it.
I know what it takes to run processes at the highest level, hold the big picture and coordinate complexity.
